Gnr C Wilson is featured at second from the right with fellow POWs and at least two German civilian co-workers, one of whom would be his boss, on a wartime building site. POW working parties could be anything from around 16-20 men upwards and these very often worked alongside German civilians on what was supposed to be but seldom was, work unconnected with the German war effort.

The following names are just decipherable on the backs of the some of the original BAB 21 photographs, so it can safely be assumed that these men were either on the same party as Gnr Wilson, and/or shared the same accommodation hut. I have added POW and Army number information for the British POWs and these names now feature in my consecutive listing. Camps are those where the men were held in early 1945.
