Ward, Gnr R, 1533335, Royal Artillery, attached HQ, 4 AA Brigade. Died as a POW, 21/7/44, aged 24. Son of George and
Mary R Ward, of Reading, Berkshire. Prague War Cemetery, I C 5.

All these men would have had German POW numbers assigned to them, most probably in the same range as Pte Charles Moore’s POW number, 224734, and thus most were probably also previously held in Italian camps. Further details requested.
